Fundraising Schedule

Tuition and fees only account for 70% of the school's overall budget. Our school depends on fundraising monies to enhance our curriculum and school environment, maintain the school building and grounds, and provide professional enrichment of our teacher. Fundraisers are discussed at school meetings and all parents are encouraged to attend if you have questions or comments.

We do have a fundraising opt out fee option. Payment of the non-refundable fee exempts a family from participating in one or more of the fundraisers. The amount of this fee varies between fundraisers.

These are the 2016-2017 school year fundraisers:

Required Fundraisers:

  • Annual Auction - March 17, 2018 4pm-8pm at The Vista at Van Patten.

Optional Fundraisers

  • Hockey Fun Night! - Jan. 27, 7pm, Adirondack Thunder vs. Florida Everblades at the Glens Falls Civic Center.  Tickets are $15 with $5 going to the school.
