We are excited to announce the beginning of our FIRST fundraiser of the year.   We will be selling Entertainment books and Sally Foster products. 

The sale runs through October 2nd.  We will need all order forms and money turned in by this date, but if you have things ready to turn in early, please do!  It helps us if we can start collecting things as we go.  We strongly encourage everyone to begin to sell ASAP as many other local schools and organizations will be selling these same products.    

The Minimum Sales Required for this fundraiser is a combination of Sally Foster and Entertainment books.  Any of the following will meet the requirement.  Please keep in mind these are minimum sales and we appreciate any additional fundraising efforts.  As a bonus, you earn a FREE book for every 5 books sold!  The Entertainment books are $30 each.

*             1 Entertainment book and $90 Sally Foster products

*             2 Entertainment books and $70 Sally Foster products

*             3 Entertainment books and $50 Sally Foster products

*             4 Entertainment books and $30 Sally Foster products

*             5 Entertainment books and $10 Sally Foster products

*             6 or more Entertainment books and no Sally Foster products


Checks for this fundraiser should be made payable to Clifton Park Nursery School.  Please put checks in the Fundraising box.  We are a not-for-profit organization therefore we do not have to charge sales tax on our orders.  The Opt-Out Amount for this fundraiser is $75.  If you do not meet the minimum requirements for the sale, or you wish to opt out, your check for $75 is due by October 2nd. 

Every family in the school has been issued one Entertainment book to sell.  Additional books are located to the right side of the front door, and there is a sign-out form above them.  If you take extras to sell or return books that you were unable to sell be sure to use the sign-out form.  Also, please mark down when money has been turned into the fundraising box.  This will help us keep track of everything!

Please register online for an easy way to sell Sally Foster products and Entertainment books.  To do this, go to www.entertainment.com or www.sallyfoster.com and register as a seller.  You will need to enter our group # 868609.  This is a great way to include out of town family and friends!

Selling Tips

 

* Start Selling Early

There are several organizations in the area that sell Entertainment books and Sally Foster gift wrap.  However, we begin the fundraiser a few weeks earlier than many others!  If you get a jump start on your sales right away, you may find that many people have not been approached yet.

 

* Sell to Out of Town Family and Friends

Even if you do not have family and friends in the area, this sale can still work well for you.  Don’t forget to include out of town people in your sales!  We can sell Entertainment books from ANY location.  Either use the enclosed order form or see below about selling online.

 

* Sell Online

Selling Entertainment books online is an easy way to do this sale.  You don’t have to worry about collecting money, because people can pay with credit card.  Just be sure to keep track of your online sales and log them on the Entertainment book sign-out form at the school so we know how many books you have sold!
